9 Wicket Terms and Conditions for Bangladesh Players

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 9 Wicket platform in any way, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and 9 Wicket. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the 9 Wicket platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of 9 Wicket, including players who browse the platform without registering, players who have registered accounts, and players who are actively depositing and playing games. The terms cover all aspects of your relationship with 9 Wicket — from account creation through to withdrawals, bonuses, and responsible gaming obligations.

2 Eligibility

To register and play on 9 Wicket, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. 9 Wicket does not permit minors to register or play under any circumstances.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh or otherwise legally permitted to access online gaming platforms in your jurisdiction.

9 Wicket reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a player is found to be under 18 years of age, their account will be immediately closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits made will be returned to the payment method used for the original deposit.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on 9 Wicket. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. If 9 Wicket identifies that a player holds more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances or winnings associated with those accounts may be forfeited.

When registering on 9 Wicket, you are required to provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, and payment method details. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate account closure.

• You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone.
• 9 Wicket will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you receive such a request, report it to our support team immediately.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 9 Wicket support immediately.
• Account details including name and date of birth cannot be changed after registration without identity verification.

4 Deposits and Payments

9 Wicket accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — the payment methods most widely used by players in Bangladesh. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of deposit within your account dashboard.

• Deposits are credited to your 9 Wicket account balance in real time in the vast majority of cases. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• 9 Wicket does not charge fees on deposits. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposited funds are held in your account balance and can be used to play any game available on the 9 Wicket platform.
• 9 Wicket reserves the right to request verification of a deposit before crediting it to your account in cases where fraud is suspected.

5 Withdrawals

9 Wicket processes withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Withdrawals are typically completed within 30 minutes of the request being submitted. In some cases, particularly for larger amounts or first-time withdrawals, additional verification may be required before the withdrawal is processed.

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in your own name. You cannot withdraw to a third-party account.
• The withdrawal account must match the payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in your account dashboard at the time of the request.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.
• 9 Wicket reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and is not a reflection on any individual player.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to accounts where the identity of the account holder has not been confirmed.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

9 Wicket offers a welcome bonus to new players and runs ongoing promotions for existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section. By claiming any bonus on 9 Wicket, you agree to the applicable bonus terms.

• Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus balance, which is separate from your real money balance until wagering requirements are met.
• Each bonus has a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn as real money. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly at the time the bonus is offered.
• Bonuses can only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
• 9 Wicket reserves the right to withdraw any bonus that has been claimed in breach of these terms, including cases where multiple accounts have been used to claim the same bonus.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated period, the bonus balance will be removed from your account.
• 9 Wicket reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

7 Gameplay Rules

All games available on 9 Wicket — including Mines, Monster Mine, Joker Poker, Pool Rummy, and Ocean King Jackpot — are governed by individual game rules that are displayed within each game. By playing any game on 9 Wicket, you agree to the rules of that game as well as these general Terms and Conditions.

• All game outcomes on 9 Wicket are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG). Game results are not influenced by the platform, previous results, or player history.
• In the event of a technical fault or disconnection during a game, 9 Wicket will attempt to resolve the round based on the game state at the time of the fault. If resolution is not possible, the stake for that round will be returned to the player's account.
• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed. Once a game round has started, the stake is committed.
• 9 Wicket reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a technical error, pricing error, or system fault.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they understand the rules of each game before placing a bet. 9 Wicket is not liable for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

8 Fair Play and Fraud Prevention

9 Wicket is committed to maintaining a fair gaming environment for all players. Any behaviour that undermines the integrity of the platform — whether directed at 9 Wicket or at other players — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.

The following activities are considered violations of 9 Wicket's fair play policy:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in multiplayer games including Pool Rummy.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an advantage. Any such bugs must be reported to support immediately.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions made on the platform.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits.
• Creating multiple accounts for any purpose, including to claim bonuses multiple times.

9 Responsible Gaming

9 Wicket takes responsible gaming seriously. We provide every player with tools to manage their gaming activity, and we encourage all players to use these tools proactively. Gaming should be an enjoyable activity — if it stops being enjoyable, it's time to take a break.

• Deposit limits: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account dashboard. Once set, limits can be reduced immediately but increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: You can set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.

11 Account Termination

Upon closure, any real money balance remaining in your account will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

9 Wicket reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time if:

• The account holder is found to have breached any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity is detected on the account.
• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
• The account holder has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• 9 Wicket is required to do so by applicable law or regulation.

12 Limitation of Liability

9 Wicket provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available, accurate, and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free from errors at all times.

• 9 Wicket is not liable for any losses arising from technical faults, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control.
• 9 Wicket is not liable for losses arising from a player's failure to understand game rules or bonus terms.
• 9 Wicket's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• Nothing in these terms limits 9 Wicket's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

13 Changes to These Terms

9 Wicket reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, 9 Wicket will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the 9 Wicket platform after any changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
